General Information
Weekly rehearsals for Texarkana Regional Chorale (TRC) will start on Tuesday, August 19 at 6:00pm in the Music Hall of the Stilwell Humanities Building at Texarkana College (TC), with auditions for new prospective members starting at 4:30 on that day. Under the leadership of Music Director & Conductor Marc-André Bougie and Pianist Mary Scott Smith for the twenty-second season, TRC is the premiere large choral ensemble of the Ark-La-Tex. The group includes participants from a variety of backgrounds, and performs regularly in regional, national, and international venues. TRC's repertoire ranges from Classical Masterworks to Broadway, Gospel, and Patriotic music.
Membership Information
Membership fee for singers is $130 for the year, or $75 per semester. Qualified High School & Middle School singers can also participate in TRC for a $10 music fee per semester - no other tuition necessary. Registration for TRC for college credit through Texarkana College is also possible.
